Our team will promptly reassess the site and take corrective action — either by reapplying the service or offering an approved exchange.

Exchange & Return Policy

  • Policy validity: 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Exchange only — refunds are not offered beyond this period.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Non-exchangeable items: Perishable goods such as plants, trees, and growing media, as well as installation and maintenance services.

Once a return is received and inspected, clients will be notified via email regarding approval status. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment within the standard banking timeframe.

Service Issue Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with your most recent service, please contact us promptly. Our experts will revisit your project to reassess the issue and, at our discretion, either reapply the treatment at no additional charge or refund the full service cost.

Note: GreenAlfa cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from external factors such as weather conditions, heat stress, improper mowing, or other site-related issues beyond our control.
